FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA)

The Delaware Freedom of Information Act – 29 Del. C. ch. 100 – outlines the FOIA process, costs, and requirements for State of Delaware agencies.

The first 20 pages of standard sized black and white copies are provided free of any copying charge. Beyond 20 pages the cost is $0.10 per page, $0.20 if double-sided. Our agency’s administrative fee is $30 per hour. The fee is billed per quarter hour for requests taking more than an hour to honor.

2) Submit in person to Delaware State Treasury office. Please write “Attn: Omar Masood” on your request.
