The Delaware State Treasury issued an RFP for compilation services in April and is in the process of selecting a vendor to perform compilation services for the State of Delaware’s 403(b) plan.

Cash Management Policy Board Approves New Slate of Investment Managers
Board approves slate consisting of four liquidity managers and five reserve managers as follows:
Liquidity: Cutwater Asset Management; M & T Bank, N.A.; PFM Asset Management LLC; Wells Capital Management
Reserve: Chandler Asset Management; Federated Investors, Inc.; J.P. Morgan Asset Management; Morgan Stanley Investment Management; Schroder Investment Management North America, Inc.

Deferred Compensation Council Selects Outside Tax Counsel
At its meeting today, the Deferred Compensation Council selected Ice Miller LLP to serve as outside tax counsel for the State of Delaware’s Deferred Compensation plans. Ice Miller was selected after an extensive “Requests for Proposals” selection process.
